"Little Slide"

It's what Eden kept saying as she went between two little slides that were just right for her to manage on her own. This was in the outdoor area of the Jericho Re-Users Project, where I took her to give her Dad some time on his job application (Mum sleeping off her night shift). Hoping they don't mind me using their place as a playground. And library - three kids' books for a quid, good ones as well.

Watched "Perfect Days" last night - went so well with the Japonisme book I read recently, a lovely, peaceful film about being content with a simple life.

Gratefuls:
- fresh baked cookies we just had with ice-cream for dessert tonight, after a meal eaten in the garden
- making a bit of progress on sanding the kitchen table I want to re-varnish
- Sam and the other grandkids popping in after school, and Deb having lunch with us in the garden
