When I Grow Up

The kids in Ms. Janelle's class wrote a book titled When I Grow Up. Each student got to write about their future job and what their job duties would be etc. And they got to illustrate on the other page. It was a big push to get everything done about a month ago and sent off to the printers. Today they had a meet the author reading. Their parents came and each kid got to go up to the podium and read their page. Unfortunately, a mic was needed but they didn't have one. But it was a fun presentation, nonetheless. Tomorrow is a half day for the kids and we'll be going to the park to play. Then it's a wrap. I'll be there until mid-day on Wednesday.
