Monday: Rum Do

Welcome to a new emergency blip series, entitled: ‘Faintly Ridiculous Things About The House’.  

This is part of the official alcohol supply - in order to give you the full picture, I have counted them and we have 37 bottles of rum.  In my defence, they have been here since before we arrived so I’m not quite sure who the enthusiastic rum buyer was.  At any rate, I think we need to be serving more rum at official functions otherwise we’ll never get rid of the stuff.

On a side note, when it comes to everyday food items, we have two of everything - one official and one personal.  So official sugar, personal sugar,  official salt, personal salt etc……….All the official stuff is inventoried on a regular basis.  All of which to say, we won’t be touching this rum.
