Rose Campion

Emergency blip. Busy day, rounded off with the Tiptree book club meeting. I didn’t manage to finish the book in time, but the girls didn’t give away the ending or blurt out any spoilers during the discussion so that I can still enjoy the rest of it. It got a thumbs up all round - ‘How to Kill Your Family’ by Bella Mackie.

I ran out of time to get much of a photo to blip. This is the rose campion which has just started blooming along the driveway. Completely self-seeded, and such a gorgeous vivid pink. I might do a better shot when all the buds are out.
