Not so sunny today after a gorgeous day yesterday. Went to upholstery class this morning. We are now working on the second quilt for the museum bedroom. It will probably be finished in a week or two so another blip for then! Called in at Js to drop off more plant pots from Dad- I’ve cleared them all now thank goodness- I kept four from this batch. He was very happy as he has just been promoted at work. The Head of Marketing left and the job was advertised/ he and a colleague submitted a proposal to split the job between them and reorganise the department and it was accepted! So pleased for him as he loves working for the company but it’s small so there are very few development opportunities. Also called in on a friend of a friend who wanted me to do some upholstery for her. I couldn’t get it in the car though do that was a no- but I did really like her cushion (blipped). Her sister made it. Had a late lunch/ early dinner at home and an hour or twos work in the garden and then got ready for Bridge. It was the last Monday evening teaching session- from now it’s just ‘gentle Bridge’ on Wednesday evenings . We came third out of 5 which wasn't bad
