JR came over with Betsy and we walked into Bridgford to meet JS for coffee and a walk the makers and street food market. Another grey day with a chilly wind but it was just ok to sit outside with jackets on. Bought a couple of plants and some nice salad, pakoras and cake for lunch , and then called into m and s for a couple more additions. Had lunch inside- we were both a little bit chilly by then- and then tea and cake. I was pleased to get this photo if Betsy- it’s s very difficult to get something which isn't just a black blob! Once J had left I potted up some plug plants which arrived yesterday, split one of the plants I bought earlier into four( hope they survive!) and then deadheaded all the plants in pots and gave them a good watering.
