Beautiful Demoiselle

We had a bit of sun today - this was it!  The rest of the day was rather grey and I spent quite a lot of it gardening and chatting to my neighbour.

So I found the above character - and I really do think s/he was a bit of a character - on my  walk today.  There are a lot of these particular damselflies at the town end of the reserve.  For a minute it looked as though the camera was being given a hearty wink, though in fact more likely one of the antennae was getting a grooming.  I know it's not on the theme of sk's TinyTuesday set challenge, but as she kindly said her subjects were only a suggestion, I thought I'd tag it anyway.
