The Brompton

Quick blip in the break of watching the leaders debate this evening, so will catch up on blips tomorrow. 

I went for a nice walk with my friend Vicky this morning.  Then I had an appointment at The Royal Brompton for a lung function test this afternoon.  This is one of a few tests to check if the trial drug has done any damage to my lungs.  The tests were fine, my lung function was normal.  I wasn't brave enough to drive all the way there because I didn't know where I could park, so I drove to Richmond and got the District line from there.  My first time back on public transport since being diagnosed so it was quite a novelty.   Between the walk and my hospital visit I clocked up over 15,000 steps.
