An up and down day
It started when the circuit breaker flipped while I was in the shower and I was left in the dark to get out of it. On the other hand, it was an absolutely beautiful day weather-wise.
My visit with Dr. Li, my PCP, went well, but I knew as soon as I saw her that I would be losing yet another medical practitioner, although temporarily in her case. She's pregnant and taking maternity leave until January.
I barely made it home in time for Natalie's visit, but we got a lot done in two hours. While we were in the workroom, I suddenly noticed that Sylvie's gaze was fixed on something outside the window. She raised her head and made a little stuttering sound; she was riveted by whatever was in her view. I'm guessing it was a bird, perhaps one of the seagulls that spend their time around my building complex. I was glad I was able to catch that in photos.
Back to dialysis tomorrow and I hope it doesn't wear me out as it did on Tuesday. The lovely weather is supposed to continue.
