Bugger

It rained (64mm) all night so the creek was up this morning. Our neighbour, Simon, arrived from Sydney and made it over the main crossing but then decided not to try the access into his property.
Mr isbi offered to take him across on the tractor. This shows the result :-(
Extras show Simon unloading his supplies, leaping ashore and finally being towed out by another neighbour, Matthew.
Mr isbi also had to disembark on that side of the creek and was able to walk to Matthew's mother's house where she gave him some dry socks whilst he waited for Matt.
Nothing like a bit of adventure to liven up a day I had planned to spend sitting by the fire.
PS. Just added another extra of them as soon as reaching dry land :-)
