Elderflowers and lemons

It's been a trying sort of day. Sourcing and making my second batch of elderflower cordial this season was certainly the highlight. It's steeping now in a witches brew, and I'll strain and bottle it tomorrow. If you're thinking of making some too, then you'd better get out there tomorrow; the flowers are fading fast.
