Hard Work!

Today I set off for a 2 day work event at the Langdale Hotel & Spa.

The room I stayed in was fantastic and was easily the best hotel room I have ever stayed in.

After the 1st day event finished 4 of us went for a run in the sun on part of a local marathon route. We managed an 8k run mostly uphill and finished off with a swim and quick trip to the gym before dinner.

We have a car simulator booked for after dinner so best watch out not too much drinking and driving.
