sunny. Had a trip to a refill shop. It was a bit disappointing. Less the selection of things more the inconvenience/cost. Less plastic would be ideal but buying food without it is very difficult. Zero waste is unrealistic not to mention time consuming. The big question I have is who is doing all the cooking from scratch? Time, effort and energy are often in short supply during the week. I don't have any answers but just another difference I notice here, I used to use one in Edinburgh regularly. 

Spent some time trying to write a personal statement for a course I want to apply for. Much pen clicking later I have a better idea of what yo write but not as many words as I would like.
