Shredded
I love the colours of red cabbage. The contrast of red and white never lets me down.
Having used half to make a red bean and red cabbage casserole yesterday, the other half was shredded and made into a salad with apple, onion, capsicum and walnuts today.
I am really looking forward to supper...
It is a quiet day. The sunshine is out and I plan an afternoon on the deck with my dog and my book.
Somebody has to do it...
