Dear Green Place 30 - Springburn Park

This is my last park and somehow a similar photo to yesterday's: a tiny animal far away. Springburn park is another one that was new to me and I'd like to go back and see more of it. It feels like two different parks - one part the traditional Victorian recreational park and the other, at the back, more like a nature reserve. Unfortunately we left quite late to get here and the light was starting to fade when we arrived, so we completely missed the rockery, which is supposed to be beautiful, and the peace garden. It's a shame about the derelict winter gardens which are rusting away, but if it's rabbits you're after, this is the place.

I've enjoyed this project; getting reacquainted with Glasgow's parks, finding some new ones and exploring parts of Glasgow I've never been to before. Thank you for all your lovely comments on the park photos. I need to practice keeping up to date...!

(I'm backblipping this a week later and I'm missing having the parks to focus on!)
