Greater butterfly orchid

Tiring but good day.  I painted the underside of the summer house roof in the morning.  Horrible job!  Took me ages and I only managed to do half.  In the afternoon, Tim and I joined a 'bioblitz' walk at the Cairn, identifying gazillions of plants and insects as we went.  I was quite excited to see this orchid, as well as a couple of common spotted ones.

We sat out in the summer house in the evening - lovely watching the sunset, and the bats flitting about :)
