Mr Woodman is very embarrassed by his carelessness yesterday, forgetting to wear a hat or put suncream on, so he has been trying an old Woodman remedy - putting moss on the affected area (well, have you ever seen a sunburnt tree trunk where it has moss growing on it?).

Finally, Mrs Woodman has persuaded him to let her use the more traditional remedy of some calamine lotion, here she is about to remove the moss. Well a Rolling Stone gathers no moss.
