Evening light

Ted and I walked round the 'big field' late this evening with sun just sinking and a lovely cool breeze, this is the view from the bottom of the field towards Cymbeline's Mount, (seen at the top right hand side of the photo with trees atop) also known as Cymbeline's Castle, referred to in the Shakespeare play Cymbeline. In reality, the name refers to the British King Cunobelinus who, alongside his sons, is said to have battled at this site against the Roman Invasion of the British Isles. It is the site of a medieval motte and bailey castle and I beleive it is part of the Chequers Estate. Maybe best viewed large
