Ouch!

My brother had his knee operation on Monday night, didn't go down to theatre until late evening and was sent home at 1am! He walked out of the hospital and doesn't need crutches, he has to spend a couple of days with limited walking but after that to increase the walking and as soon as he feels well enough he can go back to cycling. He has part two of the operation in the Autumn.

I visited him this afternoon and helped him do the order of service for his father-in-laws funeral, his laptop had died so I took mine down for him to use. The end result looks rather good!! Brave chap is speaking at the funeral and he'll make a grand job of it.

Matthew away tonight working in Birmingham and an opportunity to stay overnight with his parents which will be good as we haven't seen them in a while.
