It was lovely to see a few Pyramid Orchids (I stand to be corrected) by the footpath through the nature reserve at Creeting St Mary this morning.   We then continued our walk along the River Gipping and on to Needham Lake.    
We got caught in a light shower on our walk but coming home it was evident there had been a lot of rain, we were very lucky to have missed it.
