Waterlilies

I've been meaning to take a photo of these waterlilies for a while now, so here they are. It's been a very wet beginning to the summer, so I'm not sure what to wear or what to dress Little Man in. The end of May and the beginning of June usually is a lot hotter and drier but it seems that this year, spring doesn't want to let go. So we've been wearing trousers and sweaters still. I'm not complaining too much. I don't mind the rain (except when I have to bike in it). I love listening to it pattering (or pounding) against the roof and the windows. The rain has kept the temperatures from souring.

Little Man went to nursery this morning and had a blast, as normal. My parents collected him and took him shopping as I wanted to spend some time in Woerden after work. We had a lovely afternoon and evening together.
