Evening fishing

I've spent part of the day being filmed for a new video for our student induction. I hadn't been looking forward to it as there's nothing worse that seeing yourself on film but the experience was quite fun in the end. I hope the end result is good and I'm looking forward to seeing how it all comes together.

I had my personal training session after work and I'm amazed that I'm already improving with the weights I can lift. I think I may ache slightly tomorrow as we did a lot of bench presses!
