Royalty

Today we visited Tintagel Castle which, legend has it, was the home of King Arthur.

It is only two miles from the campsite and can be accessed via the coastal path. After yesterday finding out just how challenging that path is, we decided the car would take the strain instead. Just as well as the climb up to and back from the castle was more than, enough exercise for us. Well worth it though. A truly beautiful place. Even the wildlife seems to take on a more regal look.
