Poppies

D left early for his week on the island, loaded down with foodstuffs. I made an early foray to the allotment ahead of the downpour that was forecast for lunchtime (although it didn't happen). On my way home I admired the planters full of poppies that are on Constitution St (four like this, apart from one missing its little tree). Very jolly.
