Peregrine Falcon #63
We knew the best of the day was going to be early morning, so after another wonderful sighting of the Barn Owl at our accommodation and a Great Spotted Woodpecker making a mistake on the feeder (extras), we headed off to Bempton for our last visit of the year.
It was bright sunshine and we struggled to find puffins today with the wind being in a totally different direction and much lighter.
However, the best bird we saw was this Peregrine Falcon perched on the cliff in almost the same spot as it was the other day, but not for very long this time.
After a quick sandwich we started the long drive home and it was way slower than it was coming - over 4 hours this time.
Thanks so much for all the stars, hearts and comments over the past few days. I will get around to thanking you all personally very soon.
