Valuable information

A very interesting U3A session this morning. Our local branch has been arranging First Aid sessions provided by the Red Cross for small groups over the last few weeks. There has been much greater demand than expected.

We covered a number of areas, but what interested me most was the up to date guidance on the treatment of someone who is unresponsive and not breathing, and the use of an automated external defibrillator.
