Thursday: Victoria

Our main task today was to find outfits for a wedding we’re going to at the end of July.  I’m pleased to say we were successful.  I’m quite resentful about buying outfits for events like weddings etc as they’re often one-time-wear only but I think we’ve both got something we can wear again.

We walked back through Kensington Park Gardens which was very pleasant (and it’s also where I took this picture).

Big bonus tonight - cousin S was in town so we met up and had a very pleasant evening in our ‘local’ (on this trip) pub in Bayswater.
