Froth and Flow

The garden is at its best at the moment.. pity we still are not sitting out enjoying it but there we go.  We are heading north for a little time so I have been getting a few seedlings planted and potted on so that when we come home and all this froth is over there will be new things to put into the spaces.. that is the plan at least!
I pulled my first ever garlic too (extra).. it is not enormous but I am thrilled they have grown at all.  The plants were beginning to keel over and looked rather lacklustre so best to lift them and let them dry off while we are away instead.  I have left in my one elephant garlic as I am sure it will keep growing.. it has just produced a scape so I have removed it and I believe it will benefit from a couple more weeks in the ground. I hope it is huge!!
