I had a more chilled day with a lot of reading. This quote was thought provoking. 

Pleasant 2-3 hours in the pub with an old colleague tonight. Really nice. No alcohol but a nice salad and too many chips.

Looking forward to seeing The Bears tomorrow, both my boys on Sunday - and on Monday our daughter flies in from Canada! Eighteen months since we were last together.
