British summer!

Feeling rotten.  Spent most of yesterday and today in bed but I am OK.  I'm just riding it out.  The girls have been playing nicely all day which has been lovely to listen to.  They have been practicing gymnastics in the garden and there was suddenly a heavy downpour which they though was very funny to stand out in and get soaked.
