Watery worlds

Took the girls to the aquarium for a guided tour by one of the staff. 
All the creatures (fish, crustaceans, sea anemones, baby jellyfish etc.) are collected in local waters and returned there at the end of the summer season. Apart from two resident terrapins.
There was no octopus this time (as there was ten years ago) but there was a conger eel.
My favourite was the sea hare (first extra).

The girls were quite interested but I think their favourites were the ice creams after the toasted sarnies in the cafe.
