Juvenile Dunnock

I was shooting bugs in the front garden when I saw my juvenile dunnock clearing the scraps where the bigger birds had been scoffing the seeds that I put down. It was quite fearless and I was able to get fairly close using my bug settings. I love its tweedy plumage.

It was wonderful to get some warm sunny weather this afternoon.
