Chicken Tagine

Chicken tagine with couscous.

We went to a Moroccan and Lebanese restaurant in the Ropewalks district of Liverpool for lunch (last night we had an excellent Turkish dinner on the same street). The chicken was wonderfully tender and flavorfully spiced (though it incorporated potato quite strangely). Tomorrow morning we check out of the hotel and move on.
