St.Edith's Church

This wonderful and ancient church is in the tiny village of Eaton-Under-Heywood on the lower slopes of Wenlock Edge in Shropshire.

It is delightful and I expect to visit again.

Today the doors were locked so I contented myself with a wander round the hauntingly beautiful grounds.

I left with a deep and lasting sense of peace.
