Scorcher.....

It's so hot, even the holly is sweating.....

Hacked up my lungs throughout my shift today, wasn't in the mood to be there at all but luckily my barking meant everyone gave me a wide berth so bonus!!
Came home and got straight in the garden to cook this illness out of me.....think it's working so far, only got the sniffles and sneezes, not so much coughing now. Gym later with Mr F to get the blood pumping and swim tomorrow after work with the kids, lovely.

Oh and I've lost over a stone!! Yay me!!
