Nooo don't go!! Don't go back to windy and cloudy!! Stay please!!

A little colder today, after work we took Amy and Kai swimming, and I did feel the effects of the gym and our other swimming trip finally and had to rest a bit. Was actually worrying I wasn't working myself hard enough, but I think the rope climber at the gym is what's done it, strangely the one machine that seems the easiest is the one that's worked me the hardest!!

Came home and threw together my own invention to season my cod. Parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper, then chucked it under the grill until crispy.....was actually really nice, Jamie Oliver eat your heart out ;)
