reading the day away...

Late night but found myself awake at the usual time and spent whole day very tired. Which was okay. Cancelled tennis, went to the supermarket, read a lot. I've read this before, many years ago. Beautifully written but very dense; here is a good place to read it, without much else to occupy the mind, only the chicken roaming around and whether the visiting cat will dissuade the rats I can see at the end of the garden.
