Port Amlwch - industrial storage?

we are only a few minutes drive from the town and after a quick shop in the 
Co op we looked for the port, it was worth a visit. Developed mostly for the copper mining industry it was on the rise from the late 18C, I can only assume these buildings were used for storage during the 18 and 19thC.  There is little information and the museum was closed, I hope we can return before leaving and have yet to visit the copper mine and our time is running out.

Porth Amlwch is situated in a creek excavated along a fault – a natural crack in the rocks probably created when these 500 million years old rocks were compressed and folded as part of an enormous mountain chain stretching from the Appalachians to Scandinavia by the collision of two enormous plates (modern day Canada and Europe).
The history of Porth Amlwch dates back to medieval times but the sleepy fishing port was gradually overwhelmed by the copper trade as Parys Mountain copper mines expanded and the number of ships increased dramatically.
