Mint Moth

The moth trap went out last night, but there were still only half a dozen in there, and nothing to get excited about. However, this afternoon I spotted this Mint Moth fluttering about in the garden.
In other news, we got a message from Mark, the Ranger today to say he’d collated the results from the bird ringers and the total of Pied Flycatcher chicks ringed was a record 313 - in spite of the poor weather.
Off on a new bus pass adventure tomorrow.
