Day 14

Another spa town, another dome. Another leisurely day after yesterday's walk - drove around to Barèges, shopping en route. We've been here before, back in June 2012, for the walking rather than the spa treatment, cycling (the Col du Tourmalet is just up the road to the east) or skiing! We did think the campsite looked a little different - apparently it was completely destroyed in the flash floods of June 2013. We'd vaguely heard of the floods but they didn't seem to feature much on the UK news - according to the owner it took a huge amount of work to rebuild the campsite and they didn't reopen until 2015.
