Fresh and Fading
Swam my fastest mile for a while this morning; the interval training I've been working on seems to be making a difference.
I'm really quite chuffed by the decision to train one of our bush roses up the trellis that hides the shed at the top of the garden. it has always been a prolific flowering plant, but the weight of the blooms would often cause the stems to bend and drop. Now it has some support it not only looks better but has grown up to about 2 metres, with flowers all across the framework of stems. I must take a photo of the whole of the plant before the blooms all fade.
