At the Harbour

The morning was taken up by sitting with Joan while she had her eyes tested & decide on new Specs, then I took some of my New Zealand Flax to the Tip as the Bin Collection didn't take them.
After that I went to the Harbour for a wander & then into B&M to see if I could find any extra things for Melissah's 30th Birthday on Friday.
Didn't stay at the Harbour for long in time to get on with Housework & have Lunch, then make Dinner ready for later.
Melissah came home saying she was fine, then curling up in pain.
She is using the TENS Machines & wrapping her leg with my small heated Blanket to help with the pain.
