Wide Wednesday — a song title

Daisy Bell is the song name but it is usually about a bicycle built for two. My grandfather Arthur gave this jug to Mum for her 21st birthday. The words to the song are on the back and when you lift it up it plays the melody. A rather gorgeous jug but probably never used. I have found the sewing machine Mum and Dad gave me for my 21st much more useful but not as pretty. 

A walk, another medical appointment and one load of washing sums up my day. It’s also 5 years today since we lost our dear old dog Tom and we miss him. Talking of washing I had better go out and bring it in before a frosty night.
