We’ve had a lovely sunny warm(ish) day! Could this be a trend?

Pip came for a visit while his mum and his mum’s mum were otherwise occupied. We had a walk out, though not right round the Links. Pip walks SO nicely for a person with a walking stick - he does NOT weave from side to side, and he’s not much of a sniffer/piddler. Though he is prone to just deciding that he doesn’t want to go any further.

We came across this rather splendid kitchen cabinet set. Somebody must have outgrown it, and there are bits missing, but I hope it finds a good home.

I watched a bit more tennis while JR took the boys out again. Hazel phoned, she’s having SUCH a wonderful time! She had a trip to Lecce this morning - we stayed there a couple of years ago.

We’re off round to visit Jane this afternoon, the Wednesday that was meant when she said ‘next Wednesday’ two weeks ago. So I might just post this before I go…

Won’t bother watching the football tonight. I just hope it’s not TOO awful…
