Wedesday: #30DaysWild - Tomato Flower

A fine morning, cloudy for a few hours and breezy, around 16°C. The washing dried outdoors. The tomato flower is the first (hopefully of many) on the Gardeners Delight plants I potted on last week :-)

A lazy morning of family history looking again at my Caernarfonshire ancestors back in the 1600s …

Late afternoon, I was drinking coffee and staring out through the window when I noticed frantic flapping of wings as an adult goldfinch was feeding  one of its chicks, the chick looked very fluffy and immature … not sure if I’ve seen this happening before.

After dinner this evening a pair of adult goldfinch were feeding a very fluffy baby in the twisted hazel, MrD came outside in time to see them as well :-))

Very tired this evening and sipping on a small glass of port & brandy …

Loads of love and hugs to all my family / Cariad Mawr
