Hogweed Wasp

I've been trying to get a shot of this species of ichneumon wasp for weeks. I see them often in my long grass but they're quick to react and flit away before I can capture them. This one seemed to be a bit preoccupied on the hogweed. I think it could be Ichneumon xanthorius. They lay their eggs in butterfly and moth larvae.

I photographed the hoverfly hovering around nettle flowers.
