What Long Horns You've Got!

Another dry and partly sunny day.  I was aching after yesterday's exertions but still managed to walk to the pool, do my normal swim and walk back before breakfast.

We decided on a walk near Shugborough, passing along the public bridleway that goes through the grounds.  It was here we came across one of the long horn cattle that graze the pastures.  We saw one from a distance last week that looked as though the horns were starting to go up its nose, but this one had them higher, although you do wonder if they will meet at some time.

The walk ended at 5 miles and we rewarded ourselves with lunch at a local pub.
