Notes: Slept so-so and feeling a bit groggy again. Had coffee, drew it out and then met El ~845a and we headed to PAG and walked the beach again, both so tired and me feeling the heaviness and some soreness from yesterday's bodywork w/ Carlene. We stopped at Publix on Pasadena on the way back - kombucha and Barnana plantain chips on sale ... and somehow got to $48! Was glad to get that stuff done tho. Did a couple meditations after I got back, from ~ 11a-1245p, and dozed for a bit. Ate leftovers and things I wanted to finish up. Packing, cleaning up and laundry for the rest of the afternoon and then took the first load to Ellen's around 6p. Susan's flight showing 30 min late for most of the afternoon ... We sat around until 840p and then headed to airport, circled about 7x before she was ready and had her bag. Didn't get back till 1020p - very tired but didn't fall asleep easily. Very long day that felt like many worlds.
