Mum

Up just before 5 to get to Newquay airport for my flight to Stansted. The first time I have flown for several years! That all went smoothly, as did the train to Cambridge. I walked to the bus station and realised I’d got a 45 minute wait fur the next bus. Decided to set off walking, forgetting just how long Huntingdon Road is so booked an Uber outside #171.

Mum seemed pleased to see me and took me for lunch at a pub in the next village. Very good it was too. With full tummies we went back to hers to watch Casualty and ended up napping in the chair for 3 hours!

My brother and his family turned up for pizza and football and a good evening was had by all I think.
