Seaweed

I suddenly remembered my fledgling hobby of pressing seaweed today. It turned out to be very hard and easier just to buy beautiful specimens from the experts. I should give it another go though, I would like to be good at it.

What a lovely sunny day! I went for a pool swim after work, happy that I am feeling much more swim fit at the moment and one km of front crawl is not the hard slog it has been. Tired when I got home, watched a bit of telly- went to bed about 8:30 with the sunshine still blazing!
